Order and delivery

Ordered products are sent to you from our warehouse in Poland within 1-3 working days, i.e. from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
We send shipments via courier companies and the delivery time should not exceed 2 working days in Poland and 6 working days in the European Union.
During special offers, new collections or periods of increased sales, the time of preparing your order may be extended.

Packing

We will pack your order in a white e-commerce box and additionally secure it with a LDPE courier envelope protecting against moisture, dirt and mechanical damage.
If you want to give Sleepdo as a gift, we can also wrap it in a beautiful PREMIUM BOX :)

Payment

You can make payments through the well-known online payment services - PayPal (www.paypal.com) and Przelewy24 (www.przelewy 24.pl).
All payments are made via a secure SSL connection. We do not have access to your financial data, such as bank account number or your credit card details.
You can also use a traditional bank transfer to our account in mBank S.A.,

Return or exchange

Any product ordered from us can be replaced or returned within 30 days of delivery.
If you decide to exchange just send us an email at store@sleepdo.eu and send the ordered product back.
For reasons of hygiene, we only accept returns of unused and undamaged products in the original Sleepdo packaging in accordance with our return policy (see Shop Regulations).
If you decide to return your payment will be returned to you within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products ordered by us.

Duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs and tax obligations. The responsibility for customs duties and local taxes is with the Buyer. Any customs duties and local taxes are not included in the price of your order.
